Welcome to August! It’s back to school time and it definitely looks different this year. That being said, homes are still “flying off the shelves” and inventory is tight – meaning there are more buyers than homes available for sale. In all of Scottsdale, there are only 12 single family homes for sale $400K and lower. It’s a fantastic time to SELL your home! As I have said before to house hunters, don’t feel discouraged. Rates are still very low and with my top negotiating skills, you are sure to find your dream home! Just last week my clients went under contract for their forever home and their offer was not the highest offer! It can happen for you too!
