Welcome to July! I hope everyone had a fun and safe Fourth of July holiday! Now that the month is into full swing, many clients are making moves before school starts in August. Mortgage rates are still very low and we have inventory although homes don’t last long when priced right. The rest of the month is sure to be just as busy so I’m on my toes for sure!
