It’s heating up here in Arizona but I’d take this weather any day over 90 degrees and 90% humidity! Not only is the weather hot, but so is the real estate market! Currently, our median sales price is $280K! This is the highest it’s ever been but still very reasonable compared to other markets like San Francisco where it is $1.3M!
